IPR2 has developed an e-learning module based on training given to hundreds of enforcement officials and companies in China on the various means of enforcing intellectual property in the EU. It is an especially useful reference for right holders who are keen to protect their IPR efficiently and effectively in Europe as well as those who may not be fully informed of the importance of IPR enforcement and what is at stake for a company.

In addition it provides further information sources and recommendations for enforcement actions. Authorities and industry are invited to use this for their own training purposes.
