The first phase of the China IPR SME Helpdesk has ended and will continue with a second phase from 2011-2013. The Helpdesk is funded by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry to provide advice and support to European SMEs working with China. Launched in 2008, the project has provided training, published guides, run a helpline service, and established online resources for thousands of small businesses for the last three years.
